There is no cost to job seekers. We are paid by the companies where our employees are placed.

We offer a wide variety of benefit options and preferred pricing with select vendors. Aerotek pays 50% of the cost for an individual. Specific benefits packages will be discussed once your assignment at Aerotek begins.

The length of the assignment varies according to our customer’s needs. Some are short-term; some are long-term. We work to match the right person with the right job, so if you desire long-term assignments with 40-hour work weeks, then we’ll strive to put you in that type of assignment, however the assignments are subject to our customer’s needs.

Contract employees are paid weekly by Aerotek and direct deposit is available. Typically contract employees are based on the number of hours worked and the position’s pay rate.

If you’d like to be considered for employment, but do not see a current job posting that matches your skills and experiences, you may submit your resume directly into the Thingamajob resume database.

Thingamajob.com is an online employment tool that allows visitors to search for jobs and post resumes. It is wholly owned and operated by Allegis Group, the parent company of Aerotek. Posting your resume and setting up an account in Thingamajob.com is the best way to get your information in front of our professional recruiters.

Job applications require a valid, current address. You can indicate your geographic preferences for work on your application. To indicate your geographic preferences choose one or more cities in the eligibility section of your job application.

Please contact your Aerotek office by phone for timecards.

T-4 slips are mailed out the last week of February to your address on file as of January 1.

If you moved after your employment with us and provided us with a new address before January, we have your new address in our system and your T-4 slip will be delivered to that address.

If you have a different address from when you were employed with us, please contact the local office that employed you with your updated address information.

If you have not received your T-4 by the end of March, you can request a reprint from the office that employed you.

Identification numbers are provided on your T-4 slips, which are mailed the last week in February.
